ONLINE Class G (Baloot)

Language, Cultural Education, Art, and Music Class 

Baloot class has multiple sections based on the children’s age and proficiency. Alongside reading and writing, the class includes music, art, and cultural education. Children will learn about various aspects of Iranian culture such as arts and architecture, literature and folklore, landmarks and historical sites, handicrafts, and colorful cuisine during the term.  

During their music class, students will learn to sing a selected Persian song in an interactive and lively setting. They will study one line per week, learning the pronunciation, meanings, and story behind the song and its original singer, as well as musical aspects such as form and accuracy of rhythms and melody.

* Children who have been Pardis students will continue with their previous groups. If your child is a new student, please provide as much information as possible about their proficiency level in the ‘Additional note’ section of the registration form. Your child will be placed in the appropriate group based on their age and proficiency. If we need additional information for placement, we’ll contact you during the week before classes begin.

All classes will be conducted remotely using Zoom. We will also use Google Classroom to share assignments, recordings, weekly videos, and other practice-related materials.
