Leila Abdollahi Miller

Leila Abdollahi Miller is a first-generation Iranian-American who grew up in Silicon Valley in a family of Iranian immigrants. Her passion for teaching at Pardis is deeply rooted in her own childhood, shaped by a culturally rich and plural home. Leila attended Persian language classes, studied traditional Persian dance for ten years, and grew up in her grandmother’s home, surrounded by a close-knit family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who helped her stay connected to her Iranian roots.

Leila studied Industrial Engineering at California Polytechnic State University and currently works full-time as a PR Manager at a nonprofit in Brooklyn. At Pardis, she has taught in language and cultural classes, assisted in music classes, and serves as the school’s administrative coordinator. Leila sees herself reflected in the Pardis community and is passionately committed to making children feel seen, celebrated, and represented—just as she longed to be growing up!
